Visualization and analysis of functional modules in biochem. networks

MonaLisa uses Petri net representation to model and analyse biochemical networks. Here, all reactions of a pathway are modeled by their metabolites and reactions. These are represetend by different kind of vertices, metabolites as circles and reactions as rectangles. The Petri net formalism offers a rich variety of mathematical anaylisis aproaches to check the model for structual faults or to identify biological modules. Furthermore, MonaLisa can visualize the computed results, so that a quick visual inspection is possible. This will help especially for handeling big models.

  • Status Reporter Icon

    Status Reporter

    A time tracking application.

I created Status Reporter to track how my time was spent working on various activities that were associated with work breakdown structure (WBS) line items. Each activity was associated with a WBS line item, and the WBS line item was part of the overall departmental budget. In other words, time spent on Project X was given a WBS number, which was part of all the projects were responsible for completing. Even though Status Reporter was developed for a specific purpose, the ideals can be applied to almost any situation. For example, if your situation does not use WBS numbers, you could just create a single WBS number and associate all activities with the single WBS. Or if you have multiple projects, you can use the WBS numbers as individual projects and have one or more activities associated with each WBS. The WBS number does not have to be numeric, so it is flexible in its usage.

  • Classic BCPL for the ATARI ST Icon

Classic BCPL for the ATARI ST

BCPL was designed by Martin Richards at Cambridge University (1966)

Here you will find a collection of BCPL tools I've gathered from the net, cleaned up and ported to the Atari ST. This involved fixing bugs, reducing stack usage and making the code compile in 16bit via Pure C (Turbo C for the Atari ST). Source credits include: Martin Richards - BCPL Kit http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mr10/ Robert Nordier (Translated interp to C) http://www.nordier.com/ Serge Vakulenko (Translated cg/syn/trn to C) https://github.com/sergev/b I'm sure there are other names, but those are the ones on the source files. The code now compiles clean for the Atari ST, so it should work for anything else.

The 'jsondata' package provides for the modular in-memory processing of JSON data by trees, branches, pointers, and patches. Current version supports JSON/RFC7951, JSONPointer/RFC6901, and parts of JSONPatch/RFC6902. The syntax primitives of underlying layers are provided by the imported packages 'json' and 'jsonschema' in conformance to related ECMA and RFC standards and proposals. The data is represented by in-memory tree structures with dynamically added and/or removed branches. The data could be validated by JSON schemas, and stored for later reuse.
