There are several threads relating to Windows 10 and Diablo 3 hanging and freezing after the 1709 build was released by Microsoft. Blizzard has stayed silent over this matter and refused to address the freezing issues. This work-a-round be it a partial one will prevent you from having to use ctrl-alt-del and logging off your system.
