Webcam stmp is a webcam server for your 1080p PTZ camera, though it can be used with any Windows capture/webcam device. It manages both your hdmi capture card and an online pop3/smtp email account.
When that email account receives an email, it autoresponds with a jpeg attached snapshot of your hdmi capture card (or other windows capture/webcam device). It also sends PTZ instructions. Best used with a gmail account (pop3 enabled, under gmail settings), or similar pop3/smtp server. Requires stunnel.
