Deep Photos Explorer (DPE) is a local photo browser and viewer running directly in your web browser. It reads your images from existing folders without importing or reorganizing anything, and runs on a lightweight local server such as XAMPP or LAMP. DPE offers fast browsing across your folders as they exist on disk. The browser includes favorites filtering, batch rename by folder, tag assignment, and rectangular multi‑selection for tagging multiple photos.
