get_iplayer enables you to search, index and record BBC iPlayer TV and BBC Sounds radio programmes. It can also download subtitles and signed or audio described programmes (where available). get_iplayer has PVR-like capabilities - you can save lists of programme searches which are automatically recorded when they become available. There are many tools similar to this, but were missing features I wanted, so i created this, and thought I'd share it... Give the perl script a movie, it'll enter it into the database, then go to the php frontend to get all data on the movie(s). It's not perfect just yet, and I will be adding more to it, any ideas, suggestions are very welcome.

Uses IMDB and Mplayer to get the info needed. As is, this script is tailored to my own needs
