Zdog is a 3D JavaScript engine for <canvas> and SVG. With Zdog, you can design and render simple 3D models on the Web. Zdog is a pseudo-3D engine. Its geometries exist in 3D space, but are rendered as flat shapes. This makes Zdog special. Zdog is small. 2,100 lines of code for the entire library. 28KB minified. Zdog is round. All circular shapes are rendered as proper circles with rounded edges. No polygonal jaggies. Zdog is friendly. Modeling is done with a straight-forward declarative API. Zdog was designed to bring the simplicity of vector illustration into 3D. Drawing circles and squares is easy and fun. Zdog just adds another dimension. It renders all shapes using 2D drawing API in <canvas> or <svg>. Spheres are actually dots. Toruses are actually circles . Capsules are actually thick lines. It’s a simple, but effective trick. The underlying 3D math comes from Rotating 3D Shapes by Peter Collingridge.

annyang is a tiny javascript library that lets your visitors control your site with voice commands. annyang supports multiple languages, has no dependencies, weighs just 2kb and is free to use. annyang understands commands with named variables, splats, and optional words. Use named variables for one word arguments in your command. Use splats to capture multi-word text at the end of your command (greedy). Use optional words or phrases to define a part of the command as optional. annyang plays nicely with all browsers, progressively enhancing browsers that support SpeechRecognition, while leaving users with older browsers unaffected. Grab the latest version of annyang.min.js, drop it in your html, and start adding commands. You can easily add a GUI for the user to interact with Speech Recognition using Speech KITT. Speech KITT is fully customizable and comes with many different themes, and instructions on how to create your own designs.

CLI tool for making HTML presentations with Remark.js using Markdown. Use bs init to create a new presentation along with a template directory in the current directory. The template directory is needed for backslide to transform your Markdown files into HTML presentations. You can create as many markdown presentations as you want in the directory, they will all be based on the same template. Use bs serve to start a development server with live reload. A page will automatically open in your web browser showing all your presentations. Select one to see the preview, you can then edit your .md file and see the changes immediately as you save the file. Any style change will also be applied live. Slides are written in Markdown, along with some useful Remark.js specific additions. See the Remark.js wiki for the specific syntax and helpers.
