...The primary focus is for flight control in IVA, but can also be used for room-scale viewing inside the VAB or SPH. IVA in VR puts you inside the cockpit of your craft. You can look around (and walk around if you have the physical space around you). Currently, it is possible to interact with cockpit instrumentation provided by the RPM mod (see note below); more immersive features for the cockpit may come sometime in the future. The goal is to replace the use of the keyboard and mouse entirely with interactive cockpit controls (buttons, switches, control sticks, throttles, etc.).

...Though these tools offer broader functionality, they are similarly if not more unintuitive than their handheld counterparts. Calcflow shatters this interfacial bottleneck by enabling users to interact directly with complex equations in physical space. Users can manipulate inputs and parameters and observe changes to 3D visualizations in realtime.

WebCam Eye-Tracker. GazeRecorder automatically records using ordinary webcams, where people look and what they engage with on their computer screens. In comparison with conventional eye tracking - that uses specialized technology and invites respondents to labs – GazeRecoreder is able to track people’s eyes with their own computers at home. Multiple state-of-the-art tracking algorithms communicate to identify the face, key features, eyes, iris and movements in 3D, allowing for the...

reacTIVision is a computer vision framework for the fast and robust tracking of markers attached on physical objects, and the creation of multi-touch surfaces. It was designed for the rapid development of table-based tangible user interfaces.

ConVic is a part of the VICON project. The needs of people with physical or sensory impairments are generally not well considered when designing user interfaces to consumer products. Controls and displays often fail to meet the requirements of users with visual, hearing, mobility or dexterity impairments. It is difficult for mainstream manufacturers to have a detailed understanding of these needs and how to design for them.

...In contrast the Image Viewer .NET does not perform any kind of changes. Further, the Image Viewer .NET provides functionality to apply additional and picture-related information as well as the possibility to step through the physical folder structure. An integrated slideshow is also implemented.
