...Run the .exe, on first run you are forced to put in new hotkeys. You can select modifiers, but you don't have to. Only one modifier can be used per hotkey. Select a key from the keylist (Drop down menu). In order for the program to work you must select a hotkey for every command. IE: Play/Pause, Next & Previous.
