Linux wrapper tool for use with the Steam client for custom launch

I just set my default proton version to "steam tinker launcher" and then every game launches with a 2-second menu that allows you to easily change any of the settings. PlaTec is a 2D terrain generator that uses a simplified model of plate tectonics to produce realistic heightmaps in real time.
