You will need only a smartphone with bluethooth , raspberry pi , bluethooth device reconised by raspberry pi and a min 8 gb card, and optionaly a gsm 3g modem. You connect to the device via bluethooth. It is Visible in the first 30 seconds after boot . Device IP on the bluethooth is 192.168.3.1 and lan is configured to get ip from any dhcp server.
