...You can record yourself in a quiet environment using earphones. The high-quality recording can be used as an audition tape of yourself. On speakers, the audio will interfere, so unless that is what you want, I recommend earphones. The application has been programmed using Apache Cordova, so if anyone wants to port the app to iOS or other mobile platforms, it should be straightforward to do so. This app was originally made in Utah for Bingham high school students and is now being made open source so that any school that wishes to can use this as a template for their own school app. The app has several features such as integration with Skyward, access to the school calendar (via Google Calendar), a GPA calculator, bell schedules, a news feed (via RSS), and access to the school online newspaper feed (RSS).
