These are for use in my 'dev-shell' system (http://www.dev-shell.net) which is a bootstrap to create a reproducable development system based on MinGW with MSYS1. This repo will contain the compiled binaries, original source and any patches required to get them working under MinGW, however at the moment it basically just contains the binary packages
