PLEKv2: predicting lncRNAs and mRNAs based on intrinsic sequence features and the Coding-Net model

We upgraded PLEK to PLEKv2. All you need is RNA sequences (fasta file).
Steps:
1. Download PLEK.2.1.tar.gz from * and decompress it.
$ tar zvxf PLEK.2.1.tar.gz
2. Compile PLEK2.1
$ cd PLEK2.1
3. decompress Coding_Net_kmer6_orf.h5.bz2 model
$ bunzip2 Coding_Net_kmer6_orf.h5.bz2

Secure P2P Instant Messenger running on .NET Framework 2.0. Uses server to store user information (user name, password, email address, friends list, log in state, IP address) in encrypted form. Uses custom designed symmetric encryption algorithm.
Sliver is a Server daemon and a client program that reads log files, and accept remote commands through the TOC protocol using Net::Aim and encryption. Sliver is written mostly using Perl, but this may change.
Internet Relay Jabber (or IRJ) is a Jabber client for IRC. It's useful if you like IRC, but your friends use another IM service. It is written in Perl and uses Net::Jabber and Net::IRC. (This project is no longer under active development)
