...A meditation/yoga app that tracks as an activity the heart rate, stress, respiration rate, and heart rate variability (HRV), provides vibration or sound alerts, heart rate chart, and respiration rate chart. Touch and hold the screen (Touch devices) or hold the left middle button to edit the meditation sessions, properties, and global settings. Touch the screen or click the Start button to start the meditation session. Use the lap/back button to pause/resume. Use the start button to end the meditation session. If your device supports it and uses sound notifications, make sure to enable sound in System.
