Based on MinimPy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/minimpy/), QMinim is a web-based minimization application, for allocation of subject to different arms of a clinical trial. It is an alternative to randomization, with the advantage of balancing arms of trial with respect to preselected prognostic factors. All aspects of minimization procedure including treatments, factors, minimization protocole, and including a preload can be customized using QMinim.

epiPATH is a platform to store and analyze evolutionary, population and epidemiological data from infectious diseases. It is designed to aid users in daily work with data generated in sequencing projects as well as clinical and epidemiological data.

The project is based on the experience carried out in the University of Padova where at the end of 1997 we have choose to create one Computer science Unit inside of Department of Medical and Sciences and Special Therapies to develope Radiological OSS.
