Update: I have packaged the Archon custom runtime extension into a .crx file so it's easier to install. The way mentioned above is still valid, but now it can be installed normally -

...Settings and all other application files are saved in the "Settings" folder, that will be created soon after the first time the application will run. Remember to put both the executable file and "Settings" in the same folder. To reset the application, simply delete the "Settings" folder. You shouldn't need to run it as administrator.
