TvARP is a program created for automated recording and playback for small local TV stations. Specifically for local stations that have a low budget and can't afford a commercial automation system. PsyPlay is a media player written in C# (.NET v3.5) using DirectX9 and plays well known media files. The application is basic, yet the code has many examples of useful functions. PsyPlay is beta, however, our goal is to code a versatile c# media player.
