Grey Wolf Optimizer for Path Planning

Grey Wolf Optimizer for Path Planning

Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) path planning/trajectory

The Grey Wolf Optimizer for Path Planning is a MATLAB-based implementation of the Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) algorithm designed for UAV path and trajectory planning. It allows simulation of both two-dimensional and three-dimensional UAV trajectory planning depending on parameter setups. The tool provides built-in functions to configure different UAV environments and supports multiple optimization objectives. It includes progress visualization to help monitor the optimization process during...

    SpikeAnalyzer

    SpikeAnalyzer

SpikeAnalyzer is a program for calcium spikes analysis

...The analysis starts with interactive selection of spike positions and determining their temporal fluorescence profiles. The data approximation uses an automatic fitting procedure with visual control over the process and the quality of the fit, including statistical measures. SpikeAnalyzer is equipped with an original pixel time correction algorithm, introduced to account for the exact time of acquisition of individual pixels of the object in the image. SpikeAnalyzer was tested to analyze both synthetic and raw confocal data.
