    VRN

    VRN

Code for "Large Pose 3D Face Reconstruction

The VRN (Volumetric Regression Network) repository implements the “Large Pose 3D Face Reconstruction from a Single Image via Direct Volumetric CNN Regression” method. Instead of explicitly fitting a 3D model via landmark estimation and deformation, VRN treats the reconstruction task as volumetric segmentation: it learns a CNN to regress a 3D volume aligned to the input image, and then extracts a mesh via isosurface from that volume. The network is unguided (no 2D landmarks as intermediate). The mesh surfaces can be textured (in MATLAB branch) and colored. ...

We provided a normal method to fit 2/3D open or closed curves. With fitting results, we can make morphometric analyses of some samples. If you have any questions, please contact Shengmin Zhou(email: 2495077522@qq.com or 220180304@seu.edu.cn). If you want to download this project and use it, please cite the paper: Zhou, S., Li, B. & Nie, H. Parametric fitting and morphometric analysis of 3D open curves based on discrete cosine transform.

    LIPRAS, Peak Fitting Software

    Peak fitting diffraction data

LIPRAS v466 LIPRAS [LEEP-ruhs], short for Line-Profile Analysis Software, is a graphical user interface for least-squares fitting of Bragg peaks in powder diffraction data. For any region of the inputted data, user can choose which profile functions to apply to the fit, constrain profile functions, and view the resulting fit in terms of the profile functions chosen. If you use LIPRAS for your research, please cite it: Giovanni Esteves, Klarissa Ramos, Chris M.

GUI for fitting 3D single-molecule images using the double-helix PSF

...Version 2 also includes code that facilitates combining localization data from two spectral channels using a locally-weighted quadratic 3D registration function Features - Double-Gaussian estimator is calibrated via an axial scan of bright immobile fluorescent emitters (e.g. beads) - DH localization is performed through template matching and subsequent double Gaussian fitting - Tiff stacks of SM images are analyzed using template matching followed by double-Gaussian fitting to extract estimates of the molecule positions - Two spectral channels are registered by generating a locally-weighted quadratic mapping function from control point pairs

    Kalibr Allan

    Kalibr Allan

    IMU Allan standard deviation charts

kalibr_allan is a utility repository that provides scripts and tools for calculating IMU noise parameters for use in Kalibr and other IMU filtering systems. While manufacturers typically provide “white noise” values in IMU datasheets, the bias instability and random walk parameters must be determined experimentally. This project enables users to compute those values using Allan variance analysis from recorded IMU data. The workflow involves recording IMU measurements with the device...

    BPL

    BPL

Bayesian Program Learning model for one-shot learning

...The approach treats each concept (e.g. a character) as being generated by a probabilistic program (motor primitives, strokes, spatial relationships), and inference proceeds by fitting those generative programs to a single example, generalizing to new examples, and generating new exemplars. The repository contains code for parsing stroke sequences, fitting motor programs, exemplar generation, classification, re-fitting, and demonstration scripts.

    QUDeX-MS

Hydrogen/deuterium exchange estimation for isotopic fine structure MS

...Given a peptide sequence or elemental formula, the distribution of deuterium-associated mass-to-charge ratios is calculated based on a particular charge state corresponding to the molecular species resolved in an input mass spectrum. Peaks in the input mass spectrum fitting within bins corresponding to these values are used to determine the distribution of deuterium incorporated.

    Osmotic Pressurization Dynamics

Calculates dynamics of osmosis-based pressure generation using PEG.

This MATLAB script calculates pressure as a function of time inside a submerged membrane-bound compartment containing an aqueous PEG solution as an osmotic driver. It can also be used to calculate a membrane's hydraulic permeability by fitting experimental data. The model used accounts for the dilution effects caused by the compartment's expansion. All of this project's resources can be found in the "Files" section.

    SpikeAnalyzer

    SpikeAnalyzer

SpikeAnalyzer is a program for calcium spikes analysis

...The analysis parameters are automatically initialized upon loading the electrophysiological and confocal data in their respective proprietary formats (confocal data - .tif, electrophysiological data – .abf ver. 2.0). The analysis starts with interactive selection of spike positions and determining their temporal fluorescence profiles. The data approximation uses an automatic fitting procedure with visual control over the process and the quality of the fit, including statistical measures. SpikeAnalyzer is equipped with an original pixel time correction algorithm, introduced to account for the exact time of acquisition of individual pixels of the object in the image. SpikeAnalyzer was tested to analyze both synthetic and raw confocal data.
