CUDA library for continuous optimization and light field analysis
Library for continuous convex optimization in image analysis, together with a command line tool and Matlab interface.
Implements several recent algorithms for inverse problems and image segmentation with total variation regularizers and vectorial multilabel transition costs.
Also included is a suite for variational light field analysis, which ties into the HCI light field benchmark set and givens reference implementations for a number of our recently published algorithms.
*** NOTE: ...
JAGAL provides implementations for directed graphs (weighted and unweighted) and varoius types of transition systems as well as utils for graph traversal and modification.
JAGAL builds upon the Java library TOVAL (located at http://sourceforge.net/p/toval). To use JAGAL, make sure the TOVAL library is on the build path.
This library uses and encloses jGraphX (https://github.com/jgraph/jgraphx).
A documentation for JAGAL can be found under http://doku.telematik.uni-freiburg.de/jagal.
A tool for visualizing regular polytopes in stereographic projection. Capabilities include: a large database of Coxeter polytopes, 6-axis motion control, animation, fly-though, stereo viewing, high-res capture, depth-blur, and many style options.
C++ Graph is a port of the Annas.Graph Java Library to C++. Visual components are excluded from this port. Will support Breadth First and Depth First Searches, Djikstra Algorithm for shortest path.
Peru provides functionality for calibrating a camera or a stereo camera using only images of a checkerboard pattern as input. Peru also provides functionality for calculating disparity maps (depth maps) from a stereo image pair.
