Based on MinimPy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/minimpy/), QMinim is a web-based minimization application, for allocation of subject to different arms of a clinical trial. It is an alternative to randomization, with the advantage of balancing arms of trial with respect to preselected prognostic factors. All aspects of minimization procedure including treatments, factors, minimization protocole, and including a preload can be customized using QMinim.

The SWire Web App Collection (SWAC) is a collection of demo web applications which explain how to use SWire and SWire4js in developing SWire web applications, namely, software which runs on web browsers and interacts with Stata. SWordy is an Office add-in which allows data import from Stata into a Microsoft Word document. SWordy can also create automatic documents, namely Word documents which can automatically update their data by retrieving it from Stata.

VisualIntFactor will be an interactive educational and scientific tool demonstrating multiply, factor, conversion between unary counting and binary integers, all in the same grid of hexagons. This grid is based on pascals triangle, which is a 1d cellular automata that calculates (X choose Y) factorials by each cell being the sum of the 2 cells upleft and upright. Draw a binary integer from a cell going upright, then explore the allowed transforms which may lead you to a factored state in 2 dimensions, from the lowest digit of the 2 odd integers both upright and upleft, its factors, and in the 2d space they are rectangle edges of, those pixels/digitbits must be on when there is an on bit somewhere downleft and downright after crossing empty cells, but if it finds either whole diagonal row empty then it must also be empty/zerodigit. The 2 main rules are: Any 2 cells below may both turn off and turn on the one above, or the reverse, and any on cell may move horizontally to an empty cell.

Yagy is a (yet another) Graphical user interface for Yacas, a (yet another) Computer Algebra System. NOTE: Yacas and yagy development has moved to github. bignumber.js is a JavaScript library for arbitrary-precision decimal and non-decimal arithmetic. Faster, smaller, and perhaps easier to use than JavaScript versions of Java's BigDecimal. Replicates the toExponential, toFixed, toPrecision and toString methods of JavaScript's Number type. Includes a toFraction and a correctly-rounded squareRoot method. Supports cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generation. Wide platform compatibility, uses JavaScript 1.5 (ECMAScript 3) features only. If a smaller and simpler library is required see big.js. It's less than half the size but only works with decimal numbers and only has half the methods. It also has fewer configuration options than this library, and does not allow NaN or Infinity. See also decimal.js, which among other things adds support for non-integer powers, and performs all operations to a specified number of significant digits.
