The parser reads directly from packed *.gz files and it is not needed to unpack the OSM/XML data files to the local disk. APRS World is comprised of an Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS) parser and a web interface. The parser connects to an APRS feed and inserts packets into a MySQL database. The web interface provides a convenient means of retrieving this data. This
