To compute the loss in your training loop, pass in the embeddings computed by your model, and the corresponding labels. The embeddings should have size (N, embedding_size), and the labels should have size (N), where N is the batch size.

...The dataset consists of a single time-series, containing monthly international passengers between the years 1949 and 1960, a total of 144 values (12 years * 12 months). We split the dataset into train and test parts, by removing the last three years (36 months) from the train data. Thus, we will train a model on just the first nine years of data. It can predict digits from 0-9 with Artificial Neural Network. I trained ANN with 100 samples of each digit. It takes input of 20x20 pixel image and predicts it with Neural Network. It may predict wrong digit due to very low sample data but it work 90% correctly. Note: JRE 1.6 is required to run this application.
