    Neural Photo Editor

    Neural Photo Editor

A simple interface for editing natural photos

Neural Photo Editor is an experimental machine learning application that demonstrates how generative neural networks can be used as an interactive photo editing tool. The project implements the system described in the research paper Neural Photo Editing with Introspective Adversarial Networks, which introduces a generative model capable of modifying images in semantically meaningful ways. Instead of editing images by directly manipulating pixels, the software allows users to influence...

    JAABA

The Janelia Automated Animal Behavior Annotator

...JAABA uses machine learning techniques to convert these manual labels into behavior detectors that can then be used to automatically classify the behaviors of animals in large data sets with high throughput. JAABA combines an intuitive graphical user interface, a fast and powerful machine learning algorithm, and visualizations of the classifier into an interactive, usable system for creating automatic behavior detectors. NN Image Recognition (with source-code)

This is ANN trained application to predict digits from 0 - 9.

It can predict digits from 0-9 with Artificial Neural Network. I trained ANN with 100 samples of each digit. It takes input of 20x20 pixel image and predicts it with Neural Network. It may predict wrong digit due to very low sample data but it work 90% correctly. Note: JRE 1.6 is required to run this application.

    Reactor Breeder

A Genetic Algorithm for Reactors in StarMade

This software uses a genetic algorithm to "evolve" reactor designs for Schema's space-simulation game, Star-Made (http://star-made.org/). One of the more unique aspects of the game is that ship power management is not as simple as filling a cube with power generation blocks. This mechanism leads to difficulties in getting maximal power generation out of such reactors. This program rectifies this issue by using a self-organizing variant of brute force search. Much of the search space is...

    Black Hole Cortex

Sphere surface layers of visual cortex approach maximum info density

Near the surface (even horizon) of a black hole, there is maximum information density in units of squared plancks (and some translation to qubits). Similarly, our imagination is the set of all possible things we can draw onto our most dense layer of visual cortex in electricity patterns. Bigger layers have more neurons to handle those possibilities. A Black Hole Cortex is a kind of visual cortex that has density of neuron layers similar to density at various radius from a black hole. What we...

    pyIRDG

    pyIRDG

    IMDb Relational Dataset Generator

pyIRDG is a program written in Python to generate relational datasets in Prolog format. It uses data from the Internet Movie Database in combination with IMDbPY as backend. A graphical user interface written in pyQt allows the user to link multiple entities together as model for the generation process. The big four entities are Title, Person, Company and Character. Many attributes can be chosen for adding to the output .pl file. Three types of constraints on attributes are available to limit the output: an availability constraint, a range constraint and a value constraint. ...
