    Chronos Forecasting

    Chronos Forecasting

Pretrained (Language) Models for Probabilistic Time Series Forecasting

Chronos is a family of pretrained time series forecasting models based on language model architectures. A time series is transformed into a sequence of tokens via scaling and quantization, and a language model is trained on these tokens using the cross-entropy loss. Once trained, probabilistic forecasts are obtained by sampling multiple future trajectories given the historical context. Chronos models have been trained on a large corpus of publicly available time series data, as well as synthetic data generated using Gaussian processes.

    OpenNMT-tf

    OpenNMT-tf

Neural machine translation and sequence learning using TensorFlow

...For example, the following instance defines a sequence-to-sequence model with 2 concatenated input features, a self-attentional encoder, and an attentional RNN decoder sharing its input and output embeddings. Sequence to sequence models can be trained with guided alignment and alignment information are returned as part of the translation API.

    FineSplice

    FineSplice

Enhanced splice junction detection and estimation from RNA-Seq data

Multiple mapping reads with a unique location after filtering are rescued and reallocated to the most reliable candidate location. FineSplice requires Python 2.x (>= 2.6) with the following modules installed: pysam (http://code.google.com/p/pysam/) and scikit-learn (http://scikit-learn.org/).
