    pomegranate

    pomegranate

Fast, flexible and easy to use probabilistic modelling in Python

pomegranate is a library for probabilistic modeling defined by its modular implementation and treatment of all models as the probability distributions they are. The modular implementation allows one to easily drop normal distributions into a mixture model to create a Gaussian mixture model just as easily as dropping a gamma and a Poisson distribution into a mixture model to create a heterogeneous mixture. But that's not all! Because each model is treated as a probability distribution, Bayesian networks can be dropped into a mixture just as easily as a normal distribution, and hidden Markov models can be dropped into Bayes classifiers to make a classifier over sequences. ...

    DALI

    DALI

A GPU-accelerated library containing highly optimized building blocks

The NVIDIA Data Loading Library (DALI) is a library for data loading and pre-processing to accelerate deep learning applications. It provides a collection of highly optimized building blocks for loading and processing image, video and audio data. It can be used as a portable drop-in replacement for built-in data loaders and data iterators in popular deep learning frameworks. Deep learning applications require complex, multi-stage data processing pipelines that include loading, decoding, cropping, resizing, and many other augmentations. These data processing pipelines, which are currently executed on the CPU, have become a bottleneck, limiting the performance and scalability of training and inference. ...

    SMILI

    SMILI

    Scientific Visualisation Made Easy

The Simple Medical Imaging Library Interface (SMILI), pronounced 'smilie', is an open-source, light-weight and easy-to-use medical imaging viewer and library for all major operating systems. The main sMILX application features for viewing n-D images, vector images, DICOMs, anonymizing, shape analysis and models/surfaces with easy drag and drop functions. It also features a number of standard processing algorithms for smoothing, thresholding, masking etc. images and models, both with graphical user interfaces and/or via the command-line. See our YouTube channel for tutorial videos via the homepage. The applications are all built out of a uniform user-interface framework that provides a very high level (Qt) interface to powerful image processing and scientific visualisation algorithms from the Insight Toolkit (ITK) and Visualisation Toolkit (VTK). ...

    auto-sklearn

    auto-sklearn

    Automated machine learning with scikit-learn

auto-sklearn is an automated machine learning toolkit and a drop-in replacement for a scikit-learn estimator. auto-sklearn frees a machine learning user from algorithm selection and hyperparameter tuning. It leverages recent advantages in Bayesian optimization, meta-learning and ensemble construction. Auto-sklearn 2.0 includes latest research on automatically configuring the AutoML system itself and contains a multitude of improvements which speed up the fitting the AutoML system. auto-sklearn 2.0 works the same way as regular auto-sklearn. auto-sklearn is licensed the same way as scikit-learn, namely the 3-clause BSD license.

    Fashion-MNIST

    Fashion-MNIST

    A MNIST-like fashion product database

Fashion-MNIST is an open-source dataset created by Zalando Research that provides a standardized benchmark for image classification algorithms in machine learning. The dataset contains grayscale images of fashion products such as shirts, shoes, coats, and bags, each labeled according to its clothing category. It was designed as a direct replacement for the original MNIST handwritten digits dataset, maintaining the same structure and image size so that researchers could easily switch datasets...
