    Lightning Flash

    Lightning Flash

    Flash enables you to easily configure and run complex AI recipes

    Your PyTorch AI Factory, Flash enables you to easily configure and run complex AI recipes for over 15 tasks across 7 data domains. In a nutshell, Flash is the production-grade research framework you always dreamed of but didn't have time to build. All data loading in Flash is performed via a from_* classmethod on a DataModule. Which DataModule to use and which from_* methods are available depends on the task you want to perform. For example, for image segmentation where your data is stored in folders, you would use the from_folders method of the SemanticSegmentationData class. Our tasks come loaded with pre-trained backbones and (where applicable) heads. You can view the available backbones to use with your task using available_backbones. With Flash, swapping among 40+ optimizers and 15 + schedulers recipes are simple.

    ML++

    ML++

    A library created to revitalize C++ as a machine learning front end

    Machine learning is a vast and exiciting discipline, garnering attention from specialists of many fields. Unfortunately, for C++ programmers and enthusiasts, there appears to be a lack of support in the field of machine learning. To fill that void and give C++ a true foothold in the ML sphere, this library was written. The intent with this library is for it to act as a crossroad between low-level developers and machine learning engineers. ML++, like most frameworks, is dynamic, and constantly changing. This is especially important in the world of ML, as new algorithms and techniques are being developed day by day. Here are a couple of things currently being developed for ML++. Call the optimizer that you would like to use. For iterative optimizers such as gradient descent, include the learning rate, epoch number, and whether or not to utilize the UI panel.

    ML.NET Samples

    ML.NET Samples

    Samples for ML.NET, an open source and cross-platform machine learning

    ML.NET is a cross-platform open-source machine learning framework that makes machine learning accessible to .NET developers. In this GitHub repo, we provide samples that will help you get started with ML.NET and how to infuse ML into existing and new .NET apps. We're working on simplifying ML.NET usage with additional technologies that automate the creation of the model for you so you don't need to write the code by yourself to train a model, you simply need to provide your datasets. The "best" model and the code for running it will be generated for you. The ML.NET CLI (command-line interface) is a tool you can run on any command prompt (Windows, Mac or Linux) for generating good quality ML.NET models based on training datasets you provide. In addition, it also generates sample C# code to run/score that model plus the C# code that was used to create/train it so you can research what algorithm and settings it is using.

    MLOps Course

    MLOps Course

    Learn how to design, develop, deploy and iterate on ML apps

    The MLOps Course by Goku Mohandas is an open-source curriculum that teaches how to combine machine learning with solid software engineering to build production-grade ML applications. It is structured around the full lifecycle: data pipelines, modeling, experiment tracking, deployment, testing, monitoring, and iteration. The repository itself contains configuration, code examples, and links to accompanying lessons hosted on the Made With ML site, which provide detailed narrative explanations and diagrams. Instead of focusing only on model training, the course emphasizes best practices like modular code design, CI/CD, containerization, reproducibility, and responsible ML (including monitoring and feedback loops). This makes it particularly valuable for engineers transitioning from “notebooks and prototypes” to real systems that must be robust, maintainable, and observable in production.

    MLPerf

    MLPerf

    Reference implementations of MLPerf™ training benchmarks

    This is a repository of reference implementations for the MLPerf training benchmarks. These implementations are valid as starting points for benchmark implementations but are not fully optimized and are not intended to be used for "real" performance measurements of software frameworks or hardware. Benchmarking the performance of training ML models on a wide variety of use cases, software, and hardware drives AI performance across the tech industry. The MLPerf Training working group draws on expertise in AI and the technology that powers AI from across the industry to design and create industry-standard benchmarks. Together, we create the reference implementations, rules, policies, and procedures to benchmark a wide variety of AI workloads.

    Machine Learning & Deep Learning

    Machine Learning & Deep Learning

    machine learning and deep learning tutorials, articles

    Machine Learning & Deep Learning Tutorials is an open-source repository that provides practical tutorials demonstrating how to implement machine learning and deep learning models using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. The project focuses on helping learners understand machine learning through hands-on coding examples rather than purely theoretical explanations. Each tutorial walks through the process of building and training models for tasks such as image classification, neural network training, and computer vision applications. The repository also includes explanations of how different algorithms function internally, helping readers connect theoretical knowledge with implementation details. Because the tutorials are organized into separate projects, users can easily explore specific topics or technologies within the machine learning ecosystem.
