    Repeat is a lightweight Swift timer library built on Grand Central Dispatch as an alternative to NSTimer. Its compact APIs create repeating or one-time timers that can operate on background queues. Timer instances can be paused, started, resumed, and reset without creating replacements. Multiple observers can subscribe to the same timer, while weak callback references help reduce unwanted retention.
