Command Line Usage: WhoIsLocking [commands] [file name] Console Command Line Arguments: -k - Kill (or stop) processes that is locking the file. -d - Deletes the file (implies -k). -r - Deletes the file on next restart of your PC (implies both -k and -d commands). Who Is Locking may need administrative access to stop some process and delete the file on next restart.
