    Static Analysis Tools for PHP

    Static Analysis Tools for PHP

Docker image that provides static analysis tools for PHP

Docker image providing static analysis tools for PHP. The list of available tools and the installer is actually managed in the jakzal/toolbox repository. Docker image with quality analysis tools for PHP. To run the selected tool inside the container, you'll need to mount the project directory on the container with -v "$(pwd):/project". Some tools like to write to the /tmp directory (like PHPStan, or Behat in some cases), therefore it's often useful to share it between docker runs, i.e. with -v "$(pwd)/tmp-phpqa:/tmp". If you want to be able to interrupt the selected tool if it takes too much time to complete, you can use the --init option. Some tools are not included in the docker image, to use them refer to their documentation. Provides utilities to report legacy tests and usage of deprecated code.

    Trojan-Go

    Trojan-Go

A Trojan proxy written in Go

In the early days, the firewall only intercepted and reviewed outbound traffic, that is,Passive detection. Shadowsoks' encryption protocol design makes the transmitted data package itself have almost no characteristics, and it looks similar to a completely random bitflow, which can indeed effectively bypass GFW in the early days. Contrary to Shadowsoks, Trojan does not use self-defined encryption protocols to hide itself. On the contrary, the clearly characterized TLS protocol (TLS/SSL) is used to make the flow look the same as the normal HTTPS website. TLS is a mature encryption system, and HTTPS uses TLS to carry HTTP traffic. For passive testing, the flow of the Trojan agreement is completely consistent with the characteristics and behavior of the HTTPS flow. HTTPS traffic accounts for more than half of current Internet traffic, and the traffic is confidential after TLS's handshake is successful. There is almost no feasible way to distinguish Trojan protocol traffic from it.

    Zipkin

    Zipkin

Distributed tracing system to gather timing data

Zipkin is a distributed tracing system. It helps gather timing data needed to troubleshoot latency problems in service architectures. Features include both the collection and lookup of this data. If you have a trace ID in a log file, you can jump directly to it. Otherwise, you can query based on attributes such as service, operation name, tags and duration. Some interesting data will be summarized for you, such as the percentage of time spent in a service, and whether or not operations failed. The Zipkin UI also presents a Dependency diagram showing how many traced requests went through each application. This can be helpful for identifying aggregate behavior including error paths or calls to deprecated services. Applications need to be “instrumented” to report trace data to Zipkin.

    bfxr

    bfxr

Flash + AIR sound effects generator. Based on Sfxr.

The bfxr project by increpare is a sound-effects generator tool originally built using Flash + AIR, based on the earlier Sfxr project. Its purpose is to enable users, especially game developers and sound designers, to quickly generate retro, 8-bit/“chiptune” style sound effects (“bleeps”, “booms”, “zaps”, etc.) without deep knowledge of audio signal processing. It offers an interactive GUI through which you can tweak many parameters (oscillators, envelopes, filters, etc.) to sculpt custom sound effects; you can preview in real time, export, and iterate. The project includes libraries, HTML templates, and both ActionScript and JavaScript code. It has been well-received (over a thousand stars), but as of 2025, it has been superseded by a newer version called bfxr2, which is a JavaScript reworking of the original.

    ggplot2

    ggplot2

An implementation of the Grammar of Graphics in R

ggplot2 is a system written in R for declaratively creating graphics. It is based on The Grammar of Graphics, which focuses on following a layered approach to describe and construct visualizations or graphics in a structured manner. With ggplot2 you simply provide the data, tell ggplot2 how to map variables to aesthetics, what graphical primitives to use, and it will take care of the rest. ggplot2 is over 10 years old and is used by hundreds of thousands of people all over the world for plotting. In most cases using ggplot2 starts with supplying a dataset and aesthetic mapping (with aes()); adding on layers (like geom_point() or geom_histogram()), scales (like scale_colour_brewer()), and faceting specifications (like facet_wrap()); and finally, coordinating systems. ggplot2 has a rich ecosystem of community-maintained extensions for those looking for more innovation. ggplot2 is a part of the tidyverse, an ecosystem of R packages designed for data science.

    hangover

    hangover

Hangover runs simple Win32 applications on arm64 Linux

This is Hangover, a project started by André Zwing and Stefan Dösinger in 2016 that currently can run x86_32 Windows applications on aarch64 Wine. Hangover uses various emulators as DLLs (pick one that suits your needs, e.g. works for you) to only emulate the application you want to run instead of emulating a complete Wine installation. As soon as the application does a Windows/Wine system call, say NtUserCreateWindowEx, it's executed outside the emulator (read non-emulated, fast, native). Even better, everything Unix-related is never emulated. In short, we break out of emulation at the win32 syscall or wine unix call level for performance reasons, which is enabled by the WoW64 support in Wine.

    Sims 3 Package Interface

Sims 3 (and other) game package library

"Sims 3 Package Interface" provides a core library of portable code that "understands" Sims3 game packages. Note that (with some minor tweaks) the core library code also understands other game package formats (e.g. SimCity Online, Sims4). Along with the core library are a number of "wrappers" that provide the main part of the project. These handle deserialization and serialization of data within the package (or any other source). Further tools (not supplied here) can use the core library and wrappers to manipulate the data content of package files. Note that development on this library and wrappers provided here has now finished.
