A fast, Django inspired template system in Clojure
...Selmer compiles the template files and replaces any tags with the corresponding functions for handling dynamic content. The compiled template can then be rendered given a context map. When rendering files Selmer will cache the compiled template. A recompile will be triggered if the last modified timestamp of the file changes. Note that changes in files referenced by the template will not trigger a recompile. This means that if your template extends or includes other templates you must touch the file that's being rendered for changes to take effect. -

JChart2D is a easy to use component for displaying two- dimensional traces in a coordinate system written in Java. It supports real-time (animated) charting, custom trace rendering, Multithreading, viewports, automatic scaling and labels. Former UI controls (right click context menu, file menu) have been ported to the subproject jchart2d-uimenu (https://sourceforge.net/projects/jchart2d-uimenu.jchart2d.p/) for the benefit of having no dependencies to 3rd party libraries. -

Code updated. There were a few errors in the physical model of the concentration field of secreted chemokine surrounding each cell, together with a few coding errors. All have been corrected, the model refitted, and all simulations presented in the paper repeated. Results from this corrected model are on par with the published results. See pdf file for details. -

SeART or Semantic aware real-time shceduling is an open-source project which has been thought for complex and real-time intelligent robotic applications. SeART addresses the problem of selecting, depending on the current context, a subset of tasks to be scheduled by the operating system in order to achieve the user’s objective, by meeting real-time and additional constraints. Thus SeART schedule tasks not only on the basis of their timing constraints, but also to choose between available tasks depending on the current context, user constraints and the “semantic content of tasks”.Towards this end, it can be easily interfaced with existing middleware for robotics to provide them with extended functionality.
