    RatStim Data Parser
The RatStim Data Parser takes in one or more CSV files (formatted in the predetermined rat ID/stimulus layout) and sorts them according to rat ID and stimulus value. The average values for each stimulus across all input files are output to a 'Master' Excel file, and the individual sorted entries are kept in an 'Intermediate' Excel file. This allows data to be examined at a higher level in the 'Master' file, while still allowing closr analysis of the organized data in the 'Intermediate' file. ...

3D surface reconstruction has been proposed as a technique by which an object in the real world can be reconstructed from a set of only 2D digital images. This rubric is very useful in many applications including robot navigation, terrain modeling, remote surgery, shape analysis, computer interaction, scientific visualization, movie making, and computer aided design. In this work, we studied photometric stereo approach as a single view 3D reconstruction technique, performed experimental validations on synthetic data. Matlab implementation is available. My co-worker was Mrs. Z. Alavi.
