Get it working:
-Install graphviz (http://graphviz.org/Download.php)
-Download Excel to Graphviz
-Open one of the ExcelToGraphviz workbooks
-Go to sheet settings and update "dotpath" to where graphviz' dot.exe was installed (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Graphviz2.38\bin\dot.exe)
-Generate the flow diagram with cntrl-M
-Import from older version with cntrl-I

Application's theme is "water supply", referring to water crises, which have historically plagued civilizations.
The TAP app seeks to:
i- help human beings in quickly obtaining water for their diverse needs; and
ii- promote rational and conscious use of water resources.
Essentially motivated by an imminent threat in the city where I live, São Paulo, the TAP software intends to connect people who need water to the parts able to quickly provide it, such as water tank trucks.
