A Linux kernel module to grab keys pressed in the keyboard, or a keylogger. keysniffer was initially written with the US keyboard (and conforming laptops) in mind. By default it shows human-readable strings for the keys pressed. However, as keyboards evolved, more keys got added. CONCPY copies the text of the console window as displayed, and writes it to the clipboard or to a file. That is, long lines that are wrapped at the right edge of the window will be wrapped in the copied text, too. Tab stop characters are replaced with spaces like in the console window. Trailing whitespaces are stripped. The tool copies the content between the beginning of the window buffer (top left corner) and the current position of the text cursor. -
