OmegaT is a free and open source multiplatform Computer Assisted Translation tool with fuzzy matching, translation memory, keyword search, glossaries, and translation leveraging into updated projects.
Joda-Time provides a library of classes to replace the Java JDK Date and Time classes including formatting. It is based around the ISO8601 datetime standard, but also provides full support for other calendar systems, such as Gregorian and Buddhist.

Transform any well-form XML file to XLIFF 2.0 and back.
...Any well-formed, XML file that *DOES NOT have XML Namespaces will be transformed to an XLIFF 2.0 file. The file may be translated. The translated file may then be transformed back into its original XML format.
*Note: Future versions of this program will process XML Namespaces.
Once the tool clear Beta, and once XLIFF 2.0 becomes an official standard, this tool will be folded into the existing xliffRoundTrip Tool (currently for XLIFF 1.2) project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/xliffroundtrip/) and this project will terminate.
locale4j is a Java library for working with localization data. The library currently supports the TMX file format. Future versions will support XLIFF, po and resource bundles. Translations can also be stored in memory or in a database for use at runtime.
