It is a Debian Live system that run a litle .iso file(we can make more much litle) on the hardware or virtual machine and download the filesystem.squashfs file that is a Full Operating System. The .iso file only have a bootable/runnable System to execute processes to download the full system to get in (RAM)memory then is the same Live Systems.
