This is due to their enforcement of Client-Side-Decorations (CSD) which overrides the xfwm4 window manager themes - effectively destroying the "point" of a customized XFCE desktop. It is sad to see this feature go but this is what happens when other developers try to decide for everyone how to 'move forward'.. Lots to be done! Hopefully a Plasma AOS release in the future!
