Blocky is a fast, lightweight DNS proxy and network-wide ad blocker designed for home labs and small networks that want Pi-hole-like filtering with more flexible DNS routing and modern protocol support. It blocks DNS queries using external deny lists while also supporting allow lists, and it can scope policies by client groups so different devices or households can have different rulesets. Unlike a single-purpose blocker, it supports advanced DNS behavior such as conditional forwarding and...

A typeface made for developers. Characters remain standard in width, but the height of the lowercase is maximized. This approach keeps code lines to the length that developers expect, and it helps improve rendering since each letter occupies more pixels. Consider this in contrast to some other fonts. Consolas, for example, has slightly wider letters. However, they are still rather small, which forces you to increase the size by one point to make the font more readable. As a result, lines of...

im2ascii is a small python script that converts images to ascii-art. Unlike common ascii-art generators, it does not only use each character's mean brightness, but matches the full character shape. Pro: Better ascii-art quality (see screenshots for examples) Con: Matching is very resource intensive Dependencies: Python 2.7, PIL, numpy, scipy

SMART (Shape Matching Algorithm Research Tool) enables you to implement 2D and 3D shape matching algorithms as plugins. Plugins can either be implemented in Java or as native plugins, i.e. in C/C++.
