PATHLOGIC-S is tested to be compatible with Cytoscape 2.8.2 and lpsolve 5.5.2. Earlier versions of these SHOULD work - report any problems to the bug tracker here. An implementation of PATHLOGIC-ST, the next generation of the PATHLOGIC system, is currently undergoing testing pre-release.
