Java Objects Simulation (JOS) is an N-body simulation system written in Java. The idea was to have a simulation system which can use different interaction laws to calculate the force emerging between the objects. Current version implements only Newton's law. For GUI it uses Swing and Java 2D Graphics. GPU version (master branch) does not use Z coordinate of the objects.

Multiple platform C/C++ and Java components from the JOS Project, including APIs, frameworks and utilities. All software is open source, free license and ready-to-run.

BatPro este o aplicaţie informatică pentru nevăzători, concepută într-un mod simplu, astfel încât chiar şi un utilizator care nu a folosit niciodată calculatorul să poată profita de beneficiile acestuia. BatPro simplifică la minimum complexitatea interacţiunii cu calculatorul: folosind doar patru taste (sus, jos, stânga, dreapta), utilizatorul poate parcurge un meniu din care va putea alege diverse aplicaţii. Prin folosirea BatPro, utilizatorul are acces la o colecţie de mii de cărţi audio, poate citi ştiri online, poate afla diferite informaţii disponibile pe internet, poate accesa posturi de radio online, etc. Apoi cu ajutorul unui program interactiv dezvoltat special pentru nevăzători, utilizatorii pot învăţa tastele şi utilizarea tastaturii.

The fluid simulator consists of a core library and a GUI. The core makes all calculations based on the paper "Stable Fluids" by Jos Stam. It is able to simulate fluid flow in abritrary time steps. Support for boundaries is included.

This is a little name change. The project will now be devoted to writing a full featured media player in Java. It supports image viewing (slideshows, and most image types) and MP3 playing currently.

A Linux kernel module JVM, derived from kissme (also on SourceForge). Includes a host build for debugging. Built with an eye toward the JOS Project (http://www.jos.org).
