    IntervalRootFinding.jl

    IntervalRootFinding.jl

Find all roots of a function in a guaranteed way with Julia

This package provides guaranteed methods for finding roots of functions, i.e. solutions to the equation f(x) == 0 for a function f. To do so, it uses methods from interval analysis, using interval arithmetic from the IntervalArithmetic.jl package by the same authors. The basic function is roots. A standard Julia function and an interval is provided and the roots function return a list of intervals containing all roots of the function located in the starting interval.

    IntervalArithmetic.jl

    IntervalArithmetic.jl

Library for validated numerics using interval arithmetic

IntervalArithmetic.jl is a Julia package for validated numerics in Julia. All calculations are carried out using interval arithmetic where quantities are treated as intervals. The final result is a rigorous enclosure of the true value. We are working towards having the IntervalArithmetic library be conformant with the IEEE 1788-2015 Standard for Interval Arithmetic. To do so, we have incorporated tests from the ITF1788 test suite.

    Database-backed Periodic Tasks

    Database-backed Periodic Tasks

Celery Periodic Tasks backed by the Django ORM

...Usage and installation instructions for this extension are available from the Celery documentation. If you change the Django TIME_ZONE setting your periodic task schedule will still be based on the old timezone. To create a periodic task executing at an interval you must first create the interval object. If you have multiple periodic tasks executing every 10 seconds, then they should all point to the same schedule object.

    Elasticsearch Exporter

    Elasticsearch Exporter

    Elasticsearch stats exporter for Prometheus

Prometheus exporter for various metrics about Elasticsearch, written in Go. The exporter fetches information from an Elasticsearch cluster on every scrape, therefore having a too short scrape interval can impose load on ES master nodes, particularly if you run with --es.all and --es.indices. We suggest you measure how long fetching /_nodes/stats and /_all/_stats takes for your ES cluster to determine whether your scraping interval is too short. As a last resort, you can scrape this exporter using a dedicated job with its own scraping interval. ...

    CLI Spinners

    CLI Spinners

Spinners for use in the terminal

CLI Spinners is a JavaScript package that provides more than 70 animated spinner definitions for terminal interfaces. Each spinner consists of an ordered array of animation frames and a recommended interval between them. The definitions are stored in a simple JSON file, making them usable outside JavaScript when needed. Developers can access named spinner styles directly through the package API. A helper can also return a randomly selected spinner for interfaces that need variety. The library focuses only on animation data rather than terminal rendering, so it is commonly paired with packages such as Ora. ...

    P-Queue

    P-Queue

    Promise queue with concurrency control

...It is especially useful when applications must limit concurrent operations or respect external API rate limits. Developers can specify how many tasks may run simultaneously and how many may start within a defined time interval. Queued jobs can receive priorities, identifiers, timeouts, and AbortSignal-based cancellation support. The library exposes events and state information for monitoring active, pending, completed, rate-limited, empty, and idle queue conditions. Backpressure helpers can prevent producers from overwhelming the queue when work arrives faster than it can be processed. ...

    Roots.jl

    Roots.jl

    Root finding functions for Julia

...The find_zero function provides the primary interface. The basic call is find_zero(f, x0, [M], [p]; kws...) where, typically, f is a function, x0 a starting point or bracketing interval, M is used to adjust the default algorithms used, and p can be used to pass in parameters. Bisection-like algorithms. For functions where a bracketing interval is known (one where f(a) and f(b) have alternate signs), a bracketing method, like Bisection, can be specified. The default is Bisection, for most floating point number types, employed in a manner exploiting floating point storage conventions. ...

    claude-real-video

    claude-real-video

Let Claude (or any LLM) actually watch a video

claude-real-video is a local video processing tool that prepares videos for analysis by Claude or other LLMs. It accepts public video URLs or local files and extracts the visual and audio evidence an AI model needs. Instead of sampling at a fixed interval, it detects scene changes and removes near-duplicate frames to reduce unnecessary token usage. It can transcribe audio, generate a clean output folder, and create a local viewer with the video, keyframe grid, and transcript. The tool can also be installed as a Claude Code skill so an agent can process videos more directly. It is useful for reviewing screen recordings, summarizing visual content, analyzing tutorials, and turning video into LLM-readable context.

Go-datastructures is a collection of useful, performant, and threadsafe Go datastructures. Interval tree for collision in n-dimensional ranges. Implemented via a red-black augmented tree. Extra dimensions are handled in simultaneous inserts/queries to save space although this may result in suboptimal time complexity. Intersection determined using bit arrays. Whenever

    Whenever

    Cron jobs in Ruby

...The gem then compiles this schedule into a standard crontab format and installs it for you, handling all the necessary quoting, environment setup, and command path resolution. It supports specifying execution contexts, output redirection, and interval offsets (e.g., “every 5 minutes between 9-5 on weekdays”). You can also write conditional logic around which jobs run on different environments or servers. Because it's integrated with your codebase, Whenever keeps your cron definitions versioned, testable, and maintainable alongside the rest of your project rather than buried in server configuration.

Rather than writing every put() call to object storage, MemTables are flushed periodically to object storage as a string-sorted table (SST). The flush interval is configurable. To mitigate write latency, SlateDB provides an async put method.
