An open source implementation of the High Level Architecture Run-Time Infrastructure. Focused on modularity and flexibility, Portico provides an extensible environment to support HLA simulation development and research.
Targeted Analysis of sequence Reads for GenoTyping of HLA/MHC genes
The 'TARGT' pipeline for Targeted Analysis of sequencing Reads for GenoTyping can be used for genotyping of MHC/HLA genes (or other genomic regions) from ancient and modern shotgun sequence data with moderate to low sequence coverage. The pipeline consists of a main bash script that calls the different steps of the pipeline and can either be called directly or submitted to a cluster queue system, as well as additional sub-scripts and files, that are required to perform the different steps. ...
The Federate Compliance Test System (FCTS) software tool manages and performs the compliance verification processes for interoperable High Level Architecture (HLA) based federates built in compliance with the IEEE 1.3, 1516 and 1516-2010 Standards for modeling and simulation.
Open HLA (oh-la) provides an open-source implementation of the HLA RTI spec 1.3, IEEE 1516 and IEEE 1516 Evolved. It also provides a framework to wrap the standard RTI classes and FOM to code generation to make life simpler.
Python scripts for designing polyepitope T-cell immunogens
...For constructing polyepitopes PolyCTLDesigner utilizes known amino acid patterns of proteasome cleavage and TAP-binding specificity. PolyCTLDesigner is also able to choose antigenic peptides covering selected HLA repertoire with desired redundancy rate. Given the antigen sequences PolyCTLDesigner is also able to select T-helper epitopes. For predicting T-cell epitopes it uses TEpredict.
This project is devoted to producing tools to help HLA developers write software that is less tied to vendor specific libraries and/or particular FOMs.
Multiplayer framework for flight simulators. Based on M&S HLA 1.3 standards. Provides a 3D air traffic visualization tool and HLA plug-ins for FlightGear, Microsoft Flight Simulator X and X-Plane.
The intention of this project is to support users of Randall Hyde's HLA (High Level Assembly) language who wish to maintain, extend, or evolve the HLA Standard Library. http://www.plantation-productions.com/Webster/
The goal of this project is to develop basis for a distributed simulation including main elements impacting the flight of an aircraft. It should allow to make fly several simulated airplanes in patrol or to include real avionics equipements.
Our software can test for HLA allele and amino-acid differences between two populations. It examines zygosity, tests for strongest association, interaction & linkage disequilibrium among amino acid epitopes.
Middlesim is a light-weight HLA simulation middleware framework. Providing relief from many of the annoying programming “features” of the HLA, it provides a simplified API that is both concise and easy to use.
The Multi-Simulator Interface (MSI) is a simulation interconnection engine. It connects simulations by synchronizing their clocks and data. It is a light-weight HLA alternative.
