asciified is a small web app that gives you the ability to create figlets using the figlet package. You can either use this web app and copy the figlet you like or you can also use the API I exposed for you. Make HTTP GET requests to /API/v2 and set the text parameter. Optionally you can set the font parameter to specify the output font. -

Please make sure you have figlet or toilet installed first. $ sudo apt-get install figlet toilet The *figlet-font-browser* and *toilet-font-browser* are just wrappers - download main script in order to use them. -

pyfiglet is a full port of the FIGlet specification (http://www.figlet.org/) into pure python. It takes ASCII text and renders it in ASCII art fonts. It can be used on the commandline or as an Object Oriented driver library in your own programs.
