    Interpolations.jl

    Interpolations.jl

Fast, continuous interpolation of discrete datasets in Julia

This package implements a variety of interpolation schemes for the Julia language. It has the goals of ease of use, broad algorithmic support, and exceptional performance. Currently, this package supports B-splines and irregular grids. The API has been designed with the intent to support more options. Initial support for Lanczos interpolation was recently added. Pull requests are more than welcome! It should be noted that the API may continue to evolve over time.

    PBTK Optimizer

Application for optimization of parameters in PBTK models

...Some limitations exist in the PBTK field, such as difficulty of model development and a lack of application specific software tools to help modelers. Some parameters used in PBTK models, such as tissue weights, are easily measure. Other parameters can be determined through in-vitro experiments or through extrapolation using published equations. When it is impractical to use these methods to estimate a parameter, techniques can be used to optimize parameters so that model results best fit validation data. This tool was designed to optimize a user-specified list of parameters to a user-specified PBTK model. The user also controls validation data and optimization algorithms. ...

    Lance

    Lance

Multiplayer game server based on Node.JS

...Lance also includes a client-side library that keeps each player’s game state synchronized with the server in real time. To ensure smooth gameplay, it uses efficient networking techniques along with position interpolation and extrapolation. The framework manages user input coordination and shadow objects to reduce the impact of latency. Built-in physics and pseudo-physical movement help create realistic interactions between game entities. Overall, Lance focuses on delivering a smooth visual experience while keeping multiplayer logic reliable.

This is a refactored C++ version of subroutine dqelg of QUADPACK, an implementation of the epsilon table extrapolation algorithm, originally written in Fortran 77. This version is expected to exactly reproduce the roundoff errors of dqelg. Declarations for standard-conforming Fortran bindings are also provided.

    astronx

simulation of objects in space with classical mechanics

astronx simulates the motion of mass-centres in cartesian space. The mass-centres interact solely through gravity. astronx uses the Bulirsch-Stoer extrapolation algorithm with adaptive stepsize to integrate the newtonian equations of motion.

Capacity exhaustion prediction from RRD files

Predict if storage utilised will reach capacity within defined period (maximum 5 years), using recent historical data contained within RRD files (maximum -1 year). Produces HTML (or partial HTML) and, more importanly, a PNG RRD Graph showing the prediction and, should the capacity be reached, an annotation indicating when. Optionally email out exception notices.
