    GLM-4

    GLM-4

GLM-4 series: Open Multilingual Multimodal Chat LMs

GLM-4 is a family of open models from ZhipuAI that spans base, chat, and reasoning variants at both 32B and 9B scales, with long-context support and practical local-deployment options. The GLM-4-32B-0414 models are trained on ~15T high-quality data (including substantial synthetic reasoning data), then post-trained with preference alignment, rejection sampling, and reinforcement learning to improve instruction following, coding, function calling, and agent-style behaviors. LLaMA.go

    LLaMA.go

llama.go is like llama.cpp in pure Golang

llama.go is like llama.cpp in pure Golang. The code of the project is based on the legendary ggml.cpp framework of Georgi Gerganov written in C++ with the same attitude to performance and elegance. Both models store FP32 weights, so you'll needs at least 32Gb of RAM (not VRAM or GPU RAM) for LLaMA-7B. Double to 64Gb for LLaMA-13B.

    AutoDock Vina 1.1.2 - 64-bit

    AutoDock Vina 1.1.2 - 64-bit

Compilation of AutoDock Vina 1.1.2 for x86_64 system CentOS 6.7.

...Since the original compilation of vina stopped working after some system configuration changes on a supercomputer, I had to solve the problem by building the program from the source code. The most difficult problem was to find compatible 64-bit math libraries (libm.a, libpthread.a, libc.a), and the right combination of g++ compiler and boost libraries. Finally, I succeeded with g++ 4.4.7 and boost_1_41_0.
