    GeoGit

    GeoGit

    Geospatial Distributed Version Control System

NOTE: this project has been renamed as GeoGig. Use this URL to get to the GeoGig downloads: https://sourceforge.net/p/geogig Welcome to the GeoGit project, exploring the use of distributed management of spatial data. GeoGit draws inspiration from Git, but adapts its core concepts to handle versioning of geospatial data. Users are able to import raw geospatial data (currently from Shapefiles, PostGIS or SpatiaLite) in to a repository where every change to the data is tracked. These changes can be viewed in a history, reverted to older versions, branched in to sandboxed areas, merged back in, and pushed to remote repositories.

    NAADSM

A framework for simulating the spread and control of animal diseases

NAADSM is a framework for creating stochastic, spatial, state-transition simulation models of the spread and control of highly contagious diseases of animals. User-established parameters define model behavior in terms of disease progression; disease spread by animal-to-animal contact, contact with contaminated personnel or equipment, and airborne dissemination; and the implementation of control measures such as vaccination and depopulation.

    dsegen

    Hierarchical Image Segmentation

A hierarchical image segmentation is a set of several image segmentations at different levels of segmentation detail in which the segmentations at coarser levels of detail can be produced from simple merges of regions from segmentations at finer levels of detail. A unique feature of hierarchical image segmentation is the the segmented region boundaries are maintained at the full image spatial resolution at all levels of segmentation detail in the hierarchy. Maintaining region boundaries at full image spatial resolution avoids compounding the "mixed pixel" problem which adversely impacts other multiresolution segmentation schemes in which the coarser resolution segmentations are produced from spatially degraded versions of the imagery data.

    partitioning

The role of spatial partitioning in biochemical signaling.

This site hosts code investigating the role of spatial partitioning in biochemical signaling. We consider a network motif that is ubiquitous in membrane signaling. We numerically implement the exact solution to a stochastic model of the motif. We also simulate diffusion and reactions of molecules explicitly on a two-dimensional lattice.

    PercolaLand

PercolaLand 1.0 A tool to calculate landscapes percolation probability

PercolaLand software is a result implementing of new structural metric used to calculate percolation probability in binary landscapes. Much of the progress in spatial patterns and structure changes understanding have supported in percolation theory. Percolation theory aims to evaluate how connectivity is broken into spatially structured systems or quantifies the connectivity structure. Connectivity in this case refers spatial continuity of arrangements habitat areas. There are not a currently tools available to calculate percolation indices in landscapes files ascii.txt. ...

    Processor Enhanced Recursive Dynamics

Processor Enhanced Robust Core Solver for Recursive Multibody Dynamics

Develop an efficient and robust recursive core evaluator and solver for large-scale constrained multibody dynamics, providing general-purpose capability with special-purpose performance. Processors embed model detail into runtime algorithms, minimizing rediscovery operations. Spatial algebra organizes and simplifies recursive algorithms. Gaussian Elimination with Complete Pivoting converts constraint Jacobian matrices and equations into Row-Reduced Echelon Form and partitions variables into Dependent/Independent sets. The constrained equations of motion are effectively converted from DAE to ODE form, allowing simple robust sparse factor and solve algorithms. ...
