    RemasterPi

Operating System Image customization Tools For RaspberryPi

...The images it produces are only the bare minimum to boot the system and can then be customized by the end-user using a menu-based application. This way unexperienced users will be able to create their own customized distribution by making selections from pre-sets configured by hardcore distro hackers. Also it enables the busy Linux guru's to automate tasks and save loads of time which can then be spent on creating other nice things we want ;) The end-user application can be extended by simply adding shell scripts and text files which explain a script's features, pro's, con's, do's and dont's which makes it easy to contribute, simple to use and even a bit educational.

    VeteransPlaceOS

OS to replace XP on our ancient donated machines

...Providing boxes and a connection is a must in the 21st century for a person to even apply for a job. Even the most basic of positions require a person to log in, read notes and log out of a network. We have perfectly good Pentium III and 4 boxes. This is a distribution meant to afford us one more use out of our well-used gear. If we can get one last use out of these boxes instead of throwing them out, it was worth the hassle.

    LAVA for AFM

    LAVA for AFM

Lloyd's Algorithm-based Volumetric Analysis for AFM Images

...In particular, it allows the user to measure the volume of all distinguishable features in an image and to isolate and sort those particles. As the name implies, LAVA uses Lloyd's Algorithm, also known as k-means sorting, to identify a small set of volumes representative of the actual distribution of particle in the image. Although developed for determining feature volume, LAVA is also completely compatible with other types of image analysis, such as fluorescence intensity. Work is in progress to provide three-channel functionality, allowing comparison of relative intensity of red, green, and blue channels in multi-color images.
