This is a very simple utility for Windows 10/11 that restarts the File Explorer and Windows desktop experience. It is most useful to help fix minor issues with the File Explorer without needing to reboot your computer. It can also forcefully stop file operations (copying, moving, etc.) Note: This program executes commands that may be regarded by some antimalware tools as harmful.
