ICTK 0.2.0 has a very big bug, when you call ContinuationArrayList#removeAll(). However, for one of my project to be effective (SimpleChessBoard for Android) I needed this method to be patched. Also the converter won't re-create the crossing with correct road surface mark, thus you need to use some other method to fix it. That's it.
