    wavelib

C Implementation of Wavelet Transform (DWT,SWT and MODWT)

...Both periodic and symmetric options are available. SWT/ISWT Stationary Wavelet Transform. It works only for signal lengths that are multiples of 2^J where J is the number of decomposition levels. For signals of other lengths see MODWT implementation. MODWT/IMODWT Maximal Overlap Discrete Wavelet Transform is another undecimated transform. It is implemented for signals of any length but only orthogonal wavelets (Daubechies, Symlets and Coiflets) can be deployed. This implementation is based on the method laid out in "Wavelet Methods For Wavelet Analysis" by Donald Percival and Andrew Walden. ...

    Lsie

General purpose Lindenmayer system written in C++

Lsie (Elsie) is a Lindenmayer system implementation written in C++. It supports bracketed, stochastic, context sensitive, parametric, conditional grammars with parameter signature matching, homomorphism and decomposition. Expression evaluation and signature matching is based on an internal bytecode compiler and interpreter, types are statically checked at compile time. It may seem a bit overkill, but it is fun to write and it has some practical advantages. :) The project is work in progress. Basically it is a toy, it is not optimized nor thoroughly tested, and it supports only few built-in types. ...

    HRDAG

    Framework for Hierarchical Graph Decomposition

This is a framework used to decompose hierarchical graphs, i.e.,graphs which were created from or contain a hierarchy of modules. Each module is reused several times in the hierarchy. This may be useful to reverse-engineer human constructs like electronic equipment, manufactured machines, or bureaucratic hierarchies; but also to decompose natural constructs like gene-relation or protein-relation nets.

    Chainsaw

Chainsaw is an OWLReasoner implementation aimed at large ontologies

Development for Chainsaw is at https://bitbucket.org/ignazio1977/chainsaw For recent source code and support, please visit the BitBucket page. Chainsaw uses modularisation and atomic decomposition to delegate reasoning tasks to other OWL 2 reasoners; it leverages Divide and Conquer to reduce the ontology to the part necessary to answer a specific query.

    MIST

    MIST

A MATLAB toolbox to simulate optical systems

...It allows the user to define any optical setup (composed typically of laser sources, mirrors, lenses, electro-optical modulators and detectors) and to compute the static laser field at any point. It uses a Hermite-Gauss modal decomposition to simulate diffraction limited optics. This tool is being developed mainly for simulation of large scale interferometers with resonant cavities used for the detection of gravitational waves. Subscribe to the mailing list for updates and news. If you use MIST in your own simulation work, please cite is as G. FreDec

    Parallelized FREquency DEComposer algorithm

This is a parallelized algorithm performing a decomposition of the time-series data into a number of sinusoidal components, disentangling them from the white Gaussian noise. The algorithm analyses all suspicious frequencies, including the ones that look like an alias at a glance, but may become preferable later. After selection of the initial frequency candidates, the algorithm passes through all their possible combinations and estimates their multi-frequency statistical significance. ...
